If you have been reading my emails for some time now, then you might have noticed that I like the WakeFit mattress. I also ordered a Wakefit mattress 1 month back and have used it for the last 30+ days as a primary mattress.
As soon as I started using it as a primary mattress, that’s when I discovered how difficult it is to sleep on a foam-based mattress during summer.
My wife no longer prefers to sleep on a foam mattress. Instead, she goes to another room where the cotton mattress is.
Some days, I even felt too much heat when I slept on a wake-fit/foam-based mattress.
I felt like I had been sleeping on a heat pan. It was that much heat I felt.
If I go to another room with a cotton mattress, I don’t feel like that.
I don’t like returning items once I purchase them, but I couldn’t keep this mattress.
It was that much uncomfortable to sleep on such a heat mattress.
This is the first time I personally experienced what it is like to sleep on a foam-based mattress as a primary mattress. That too in summer.
I will never go back to foam mattresses again…
As wakefit mattress has a 100-day refund policy, I opened their website and booked a return and refund request.
Honestly, I never expected raising a refund request would be that easy. I just need to click a few buttons to request a refund.
No need to mess up with customer service, telling reasons and all. They immediately accept the refund request.
Today, the courier team came and picked up my wakefit mattress.
Now, I’m going back to the cotton mattress.
I’m lucky; I ordered a foam mattress in the summer season. If I booked for any different season, I left with no other option apart from adjusting to it.
It’s not the Brand that I don’t like. I love Wakefit. However, I no longer like foam-based mattresses due to heat issues.
If you are considering ordering any foam-based mattress, I don’t recommend getting it.
It feels like sleeping on a heat pan during summer.
As you can see, I ordered the highest-rated wakefit mattress but couldn’t sleep on it.
Please don’t buy foam-based mattresses.
